Well, this horizontal style of wood paneling it's the hot wall treatment right now, thanks to the popularity of HGTV's Fixer Upper, where Chip and Joanna Gaines use it in almost every room they transform.
And nope, it's not only used in inexpensive or seasonal homes any longer. It's been used in almost any type of decorating style and budget.
I've been gathering ideas for when the time comes to renovate my bathroom, and I got obsessed with shiplap walls. I'm loving how well it goes with just about anything.
